Menadžer Kompanija is using Cisco Call Centre, a world leader in telecommunications. This advanced solution is integral part of informative system of our company. Diversity and affluence of numerous, high quality options in every day tasks enables, at the same time, large number of received and processed calls. Strong organizational platform contributes to increased productivity, therefore placing this solution one step ahead of competitor’s products.
Basis for Call Centre is voice gateway that currently has 60 incoming digital phone lines (in the near future, we plan to double our capacities) as well as computers that serve as a support to Call Centre application. Such solution enables integration with the lowest levels in information structure (database, access, etc). Current structure integrates with Cisco Call Centre completely. Meaning, that time from establishing connection to processing information has been reduced to a minimum.
